Stage 2) Invitation for an Assessment
Once you have submitted your application, we e-book you in for an assessment that examines your existing skills in relation to two key sections.
- Financial/numerical.
- Spelling and proofreading.
If you pass both of the assessments then you progress to the next stage.
Stage 3) Informal Interview
This stage helps us find out more about you and your working preferences (such as existing commitments, working hours or role type). This will help us ensure that every role offered is suitable and meets your requirements.
Stage 4) Registration
Following the informal interview, you will be added to our systems and be included in the CardiffWorks talent pool. We will then contact you with any appropriate opportunities as they arise.
